United States

On this Thanksgiving – this uniquely American holiday – we urge all Americans to take a few moments to express gratitude for the gifts that we receive from our diverse country and to reflect on what makes the United States so incomparably special.

AJC is proud to present “America’s Table,” a Thanksgiving reader, which is available for personal use at your own family celebrations.

AJC’s Community of Conscience is a diverse group of ethnic and religious leaders committed to working with one another on shared interests and whose values represent AJC’s commitment to diversity and intergroup/interreligious relations.

At this moment in time, just before the Thanksgiving holiday, AJC invites all people of good conscience to stand united against hate and violence and celebrate pluralism and diversity in our community.

  • Invocation: Nelson J. Perez, Archbishop of Philadelphia
  • “Setting the Table:” Laura Shaw Frank, AJC Director, Contemporary Jewish Life,
and author of “America’s Table,” 2020 edition
  • Message for the Season: Bishop J. Louis Felton, Senior Pastor and Servant Leader, Mt. Airy Church of God in Christ
