philadelphia@nlconsulate.com The Netherlands and the United States have shared trade relations for over 400 years, making the economic ties between our two nations older than America!
Yearly about $60 billion in US merchandise and services are exported to the Netherlands. Texas, California, Louisiana, Illinois and Washington are the top exporters to the Netherlands.
The Netherlands is a fixture in the top five of largest foreign investors in the US. The economic ties between the countries support 740,000 American jobs. Simply stated, the US and the Netherlands have a partnership that works. With its favorable business climate, highly trained workforce and strategic position in Europe, the Netherlands attracts a lot of American businesses too. The US maintains the leading single-country investor overall for the Netherlands.
The Honorary Consulate is open by appointment only. If you would like to contact the Consular Agency, please call or email (preferred) with your contact information and the nature of your request. Appointments can be requested at our Philadelphia office, or, on a case-by-case basis, at offices in King of Prussia, Lancaster, Harrisburg and Wilmington, Delaware.
