Dana Wiley

Dana Wiley was project manager of Global Philadelphia's biennial international exposition featuring 200+ events over 60 days, Sept. 15 through Nov. 15, 2015, which will show the World what a global region Philadelphia really is.

The GlobalPhilly™ 15 Expo showcases Global Philadelphia member organizations who put on the events, which reflect a broad diversity of programs in the fields of Arts & Culture, Education, Business, Cuisine, Advocacy, Heritage and Sports. International signature events will include the World Trade Center’s International Showcase, Ciao Philadelphia!, the Mexican Independence Festival, United Nations Day, CHOP’s Global Health Symposium, the World Heritage City symposium and much more.

Dana, a native Philadelphian, is thrilled to be part of the Global Philadelphia team dedicated to showing just what a world-class and heritage-rich city Philadelphia is and what the Greater Philadelphia region has to offer on the global scene. She is proud of her paternal grandparents, South Philly immigrant entrepreneurs, who ran a thriving corner market (where they sold fresh vegetables from her grandfather’s farm and made their own sausage) to support their only son to be un dutturi (a doctor).

Principal of Dana M. Wiley Consulting, Dana has held Senior Management, Communications, Resource Development, Counseling and Operations positions in nonprofit, consulting and education organizations. Her work has included start-up and expansion of programs and organizations as well as board, staff and volunteer development.
