Director of Nexxstep Search

Pat graduated from Penn State with a MBA following a tour of duty with the US Army in Vietnam. He is a CPA and worked for nine years with the Deloitte & Touche Philadelphia office and left as an Audit Manager.

He was one of the first to join Source Finance (a National Financial Recruiting firm staffed by CPAs) when it opened its Philadelphia office in 1984. Pat left as Manager of their Valley Forge office and he co-founded Gateway Search Associates in 1992 and continues to serve as its President. He also serves as an officer for GSA Financial Staffing, the consulting /temp services company affiliated with Gateway Search Associates.

Pat is a member of the AICPA, PICPA and IMA and has served as Past President of the Institute of Management Accountant’s Valley Forge Chapter. Pat is a member of the Penn State Alumni Association and the Penn State Smeal College of Business Philadelphia chapter.
