Clotilde Berling is a communications specialist. She graduated from La Sorbonne in Paris with a bachelor degree in Business and Languages. She then studied one year abroad at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, before completing her master’s degree majoring in Marketing and Communications in a French business school (Sup de Co Reims). She has worked in various industries, such as tourism, trade credit insurance and engineering, where she was in charge of developing branding initiatives, internal communications and external media relations.

Nikia Brown, is a native Philadelphian who has an unyielding passion for people and places. Growing up in a Caribbean household kindled within her a strong curiosity about world cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Upon graduating from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in government, she relocated to South Korea to teach English as a Second Language for two consecutive years. Currently, Nikia works as the Associate Director of Intercultural and Global Learning, International Student Experience at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Tiffany Chang Lawson is a life-long Pennsylvania resident. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA but moved to Hershey, PA when she was eight years old to attend the Milton Hershey School (MHS). Currently, she works at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant.

Bénédicte Clouet is a globally-minded idealist with a long-held interest in world politics and foreign affairs. Before moving to Philadelphia 6 months ago, she served in a variety of international roles in fields ranging from education and internet governance to global health. Currently, she works at Gallup as an Associate Principal.
Ben Craig has spent the past ten years of his career in the capital markets, principally working for American exchanges. Previously a principal/founder of Swap-Ex, a startup commodity swaps trading platform, he has worked in corporate development and strategic planning roles involving equity and derivatives exchanges, as well as commodity trading platforms and clearinghouses. Currently, he works as a Managing Director at Nasdaq Private Market.
