46th Annual International Students and Scholars Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception introduces international students and scholars to the Philadelphia area and to the rich network of global communities and resources in the region. The event is provided free of charge to international students and scholars from universities in the Delaware Valley region, featuring live multicultural performances and cuisine.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at the Penn Museum between 4:15 and 4:30 pm in order to set up materials at your table.
Entrance and Parking: If your group needs parking space, let us know ASAP. Parking at the museum is limited but we will provide a parking voucher. Please use the Penn Museum parking garage at the corner of South Street and Convention Avenue. After parking, enter through the Kamin Entrance. Bring your parking ticket with you, and we will provide a voucher for your parking fee.
If you are coming by public transportation, enter through the Kamin Entrance on South Street. The museum staff will come to direct you to your table in the China Gallery.

Table Location and Size : All the information/activity tables will be set up at the Chinese Gallery area. Table size is 6 foot long. If your group will need access to an electric outlet, please let me know so we can arrange your table accordingly.
