Atif Saeed appointed as the new CEO of the City’s Division of Aviation PHILADELPHIA – Mayor Jim Kenney announced today that Atif Saeed will become the new Chief Executive Officer of the Division of Aviation, which includes Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE), effective December 1, 2022.

In October 2022, the Rev. Dr. Leon H. Sullivan Charitable Trust (Trust) will be leading a city-wide effort to recognize and celebrate Rev. Leon Sullivan’s 100th Birthday, highlighting his legacy and ongoing local and global impact as a civil rights and social justice activist.
We believe that our diversity is one of our biggest strengths in Philadelphia. As the nation’s first World Heritage City, the City of Philadelphia launched the Philadelphia Honors Diversity Flag Raising Program in 2018 to celebrate the culture and heritage of the many immigrant communities that call our city home with speeches, dance, food, and songs.
