At this two-part program, he joins us to share practical tips from cognitive psychology and step-by-step advice that anyone can use to potentially live a more ordered and fulfilling life.

  • Part 2: 7:15-8:15 PM EST Workshop – Sasaki walks participants step-by-step through the process of developing better habits, including a Q&A session.
