A solemn service of Remembrance memorializing the extraordinary life, service and times of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain and the Commonwealth of Nations
Followed by celebratory prayers for the ascension of a new monarch to the Throne - His Majesty King Charles III.
The Burial Offices together with the prayers for the Ascension of a New Monarch, will be drawn from the
1662 A.D. Prayer Book authorized by His Majesty King Charles II - shortly after his ascension to the
Throne following his Restoration in 1660 A.D.
It is to be noted that The 1662 Prayer Book is still the official Prayer Book of the Church of England
today and can only be changed by Act of the British Parliament
Dress: BOC Blazer, Military Uniform or Dark Suit - with decorations. Ladies are asked to wear dresses.
