Dick Atkins, Esq.

Dick Atkins, owner of Dick Atkins, Esq. is an attorney from Philadelphia who specializes in assisting companies and individuals on legal issues in foreign countries. He is an owner of International Recoveries, LLC and lectures at travel insurance conventions. He is on the Board of Directors for the United States Travel Insurance Association.
In the Dec. 2003 / Jan. 2004 edition of National Geographic Adventure Magazine, Mr. Atkins is referred to as “the Houdini of fast escapes from international prisons.”
Mr. Atkins also represents several travel assistance companies. “Say a travel insurance company has spent money on an auto accident claim filed by an insured traveler where somebody else caused the injury,” says Atkins, “my company International Recoveries, LLC helps the insurance company recoup their money”.
“We also help the individual try to get compensation for pain and suffering or money for loss of work, etc., which the insurance company would not cover,” said Atkins.
Atkins has literally been bailing out North Americans and North American Corporations abroad since over 30 Years. He also represents foreign nationals on U.S. soil. U.S. Embassies, U.S. Insurance and other large corporate entities.
