Emilia Allen
Emilia Allen is a Master of Public Administration candidate at Villanova University (Spring 2015). After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at Oakland University, she worked as a non-profit development officer in Clarkston, MI. Her work with the Global Philadelphia Association was as a research fellow for Project World Heritage - Philadelphia’s pursuit of World Heritage City distinction. Emilia’s research interests include economic and community development, urban sustainability, and municipal financial management.
