Jane W. Goldblum, Esq.,co-founder in 1988 of the immigration law firm Goldblum & Hess, was selected in 2013 as Best Lawyers'  Immigration Lawyer of the Year. Jane also is consistently listed in Super Lawyers as among the best immigration lawyers in Pennsylvania, and  in  International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers as one of the country's leading investment and employment-based immigration lawyers.

For well over 25 years, Jane has assisted foreign entrepreneurs, global companies and their foreign employees to settle in "Global Philadelphia". In 2007, Jane accompanied the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Secretary of Community and Economic Development on a trade mission to China where she spoke on Immigrant Investor and Intra-Company Transferee strategies.
