Leonel Leal Neto

As a former secretary of international relations in Salvador City Hall, Bahia, and CEO of the CEERI - Center of Studies and International Relations Strategy -, I strongly believe that the relations developed between Brazil and Philadelphia can potentially be promoted, helping and straightening organizations part of the GPA activities to contribute to business development, cultural exchange and tourism boost for both countries.
The Global Philadelphia Initiative has developed an impressive global expertise, by encouraging and gathering organizations and people to interchange their experiences and promote international connections effectively. Being a hub for global affairs, this singular platform potentially develops an international consciousness around the world, stimulates an intense interactivity and considerably enhances the region.
