Doctors Without Borders is coming to Philadelphia for a FREE panel discussion!

This Philadelphia International Medicine training series in coordination with Temple University Hospital is part of GlobalPhilly™2013.

The program is part of the City21 series developed as a UN Academic Impact initiative using institutions of higher learning to support community initiatives on water and ecological design. This school to school videoconference is a community event that is run by students from the School of the Future in Philadelphia and Colegio Carol Baur in Mexico City.

Both schools are green schools and do work in school and/or in their community on sustainable uses of water. Each school will have a formal presentation that is followed by a community to community discussion.

Come join in celebrating international culture while raising money to support the African and Haitian communities that desperatly need aid. This will be a night of elegance and fun and the opportunity to taste different cultures through food, dance and fashion. All proceeds from this gala will go to select charities working in West Africa and Haiti on providing health and education services. Donations will be accepted at the event. Formal or traditional cultural attire required.
