http://drexel.edu/hsm/ Drexel University’s Center for Hospitality and Sport Management houses three outstanding departments; the departments of Sport Management, Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts & Food Science.
In each department they offer both graduate and undergraduate programs designed to prepare students to enter their industry of choice.
The distinct quality of all of their programs is the way they uniquely and individually work to connect each student to the career of their dreams. Through supportive and connected faculty, co-op opportunities, the most relevant guest lecturers, and partnerships with key regional and national employers our programs build an industry-relevant resume and a strong network before graduation.
In addition, their central location in Philadelphia, the heart of the Mid-Atlantic region – between New York, Washington D.C., Boston, and Baltimore – provides direct access to some of the most prominent sports teams and organizations, restaurants, hotels, casinos, and food companies in the nation. Just steps from 30th Street Station, the main access point in and out of Philadelphia, this is an ideal location for attracting prominent guests and providing access to everything urban areas have to offer.
This outward facing and internally supported approach equips students with relevant industry exposure, connections, and lifelong relationships with our faculty and staff.
